1. Who we are
The Service is operated by the operator of ReputeAI, based in Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@repute-app.com.
2. Eligibility and business use
The Service is intended for business use. By using the Service, you represent that:
- you are using the Service on behalf of a business/organization, and
- you have the authority to bind that business, and
- you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Google Business Profile connection
If you connect Google Business Profile:
- you authorize the Service to access and manage the connected Business Profile data as permitted by you and by Google policies,
- you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and manage the relevant locations and reviews.
5. AI-generated drafts and human oversight
The Service may generate draft replies using third-party AI providers. Drafts are provided "as-is". You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publication. The Service does not automatically publish replies without user action.
6. Subscription, trial, and billing
- Trial: 14-day free trial (unless stated otherwise at signup).
- Plans and limits: Plans may include limits on AI generations per billing period.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Payments: Processed by Stripe (or another listed processor).
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including:
- violating any law or third-party rights,
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data,
- interfering with the Service's operation (e.g., malware, scraping, abuse),
- using the Service in a way that violates Google policies or platform rules.
8. Customer content
You retain ownership of the content you submit or connect to the Service (including reviews, drafts, and replies).
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit such content solely to provide and improve the Service and as instructed by you.
We may generate aggregated analytics based on your usage and content. We do not sell your content.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google, AI providers, Stripe). Their terms and policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
10. Availability and support
The Service is provided as-is and as available, without any service level commitment (SLA).
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we disclaim all warranties, express or implied,
- we do not guarantee that AI-generated drafts are accurate, complete, or suitable.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or EUR 100 if you paid nothing), whichever is greater.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required for security/legal reasons.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
