Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

ReputeAI offers a 14-day free trial on our Starter plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the plan's features and limits.

  • The trial begins when you create your account.
  • If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be downgraded and access to paid features will be suspended.
  • No charges are made during the trial period.

2. Subscription Billing

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

Available billing cycles:

  • Monthly — billed every month
  • Semi-annual — billed every 6 months (10% discount)
  • Annual — billed every 12 months (20% discount)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have full access to your plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and access to paid features will be suspended.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

4. Refund Policy

As a general rule, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Monthly, semi-annual, and annual subscription payments
  • Partial billing periods (if you cancel mid-cycle)
  • Plan downgrades (the difference is not refunded; the new plan takes effect at the next billing cycle)

Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same billing period.
  • Service outage: If the Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end.
  • Billing errors: If a technical error resulted in an incorrect charge amount.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@repute-app.com within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and a description of the issue.

5. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
  • Downgrades: When downgrading to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then.

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription

Email support@repute-app.com with your account email, charge date, and reason for the request.

We will respond within 3 business days with a decision on your refund request.
